For one evening, we turned our lounge, Odd Bird, into a mini whisky distillery with our friends from Isle of Raasay! Led by William Dobbie, Managing Director of R&B Distillers, we got to taste Raasay’s award-winning Single Malt alongside six single cask whiskies before trying our hand at blending.
Pipettes, beakers, funnels, the whole works. After plenty of sipping, mixing and second-guessing, everyone went home with their very own 50ml whisky blend, complete with a personalised label and recipe card. Safe to say, we were in good spirits all around!
